Agile Program Manager

Overview

We seek an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead sophisticated, data-centric projects for our client. This fully remote position is based out of Columbus, OH and presents an excellent opportunity for a program management expert to guide complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete program management for multifaceted, cross-departmental efforts
• Utilize Agile and Scrum frameworks to plan, execute, and deliver various workstreams within programs
• Lead data and analytics projects ensuring coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Monitor program-level risks, dependencies, and milestones; escalate any issues appropriately
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to harmonize goals and expectations
• Create and maintain program-level reports, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership
• Mentor and support Scrum teams to continuously enhance Agile practices

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in project and program management roles
• Three to five years of expertise specifically within Agile and Scrum environments
• Prior experience managing data and analytics projects is highly desirable
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe are advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
• Capability to manage several priorities and complex programs while working remotely
