Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Affiliate Manager to join our expanding performance marketing team. This role involves developing and scaling impactful partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and publishers, focusing on data-driven outcomes and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and engage top affiliates, publishers, and influencers to drive campaign success.
- Continuously optimize marketing campaigns through systematic testing, detailed data analysis, and decisions focused on return on investment.
- Manage partner relationships, including negotiations and providing daily support to maintain strong connections.
- Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators such as Earnings Per Click (EPC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Conversion Rate (CR), and Click-Through Rate (CTR), scaling initiatives that prove effective.
- Represent the company and build brand presence at relevant industry events.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing is highly preferred; candidates with strong backgrounds in business, data analytics, statistics, sciences, or human resources are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and tools like dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with a keen analytical and data-focused mindset.
