Admission Counsellor

Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor will provide expert guidance to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions journey. This role involves delivering detailed information about academic programs, financial aid options, and campus life, ensuring applicants have comprehensive support from inquiry to enrollment.

Primary Duties

• Advise potential students and their families regarding admissions procedures, available academic courses, financial assistance, and on-campus activities.
• Assess applications, academic transcripts, and related submissions to determine eligibility for admission.
• Organize and present individual or group sessions, webinars, and presentations to inform attendees about the institution.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with high schools, community organizations, and educational partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Support the coordination and execution of recruitment-focused events such as campus tours, college fairs, and open house sessions.
• Assist applicants with navigating the application platform and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately.
• Maintain thorough records of prospective students and their application progress.
• Communicate with the admissions team to relay feedback on applicant trends and common challenges encountered.
• Keep informed of updates to admission policies, program offerings, and institutional changes.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
