Role Overview
This position requires engaging with prospective students by calling and following up on inquiries to convert leads into successful enrollments for popular certification courses. The counsellor will confidently present various course offerings to assist students in making well-informed educational choices and will maintain ongoing relationships with working professionals through continual follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in counselling, particularly in education sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and a professional appearance.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Edtech sales environments.
- Ability to work night shifts with a five-day workweek.
