About This Role
Join Snoonu, Qatar's innovative Super App, as a Business Acquisition Executive tasked with expanding our market reach by securing new business partners, particularly in the restaurant and cafe sectors. You'll be instrumental in sourcing leads, fostering relationships, and onboarding partners onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential business partners through diverse channels such as online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Maintain an organized and current database tracking the status of all leads and prospects.
- Communicate Snoonu’s value effectively to target partners via cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and nurture strong rapport with potential partners to facilitate successful collaborations.
- Guide new partners through all phases of the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration including document collection and training on platform usage.
- Negotiate partnership agreements securing favorable terms while ensuring accurate contract documentation.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and benchmark competitors to sharpen acquisition strategies.
- Keep comprehensive records of sales activities, update CRM tools such as Salesforce, and report regularly on acquisition progress and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnership, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure smooth partner onboarding.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or equivalent roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software, especially Salesforce.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is advantageous.
