Job Overview
Nivadita Overseas is seeking a diligent full-time Accountant experienced with Busy Billing Software to join their team located at Nivoseas Lighting LLP, Sector 104, Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing and invoicing tasks utilizing Busy Software.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices and perform fundamental accounting duties.
- Maintain purchase and sales entries accurately.
- Oversee stock levels and inventory records.
- Conduct bank statement reconciliations.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts efficiently.
- Record payment receipts and payments.
- Generate various reports using Busy Software.
- Liaise with Chartered Accountant regarding accounting matters.
- Handle general bookkeeping and office-related accounting tasks.
Work Schedule
The position requires working from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, six days weekly with one day off. Note that the store operates all seven days.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Busy Billing Software is essential.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Proficient computer skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be trustworthy, organized, and responsible in performing duties.
