Job Overview

The Account Manager role is fast-paced and varied. Daily tasks might include discussing accounts with clients, resolving payroll issues, assisting with company acquisitions, or liaising with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery. As the main contact for an assigned client portfolio, you will develop strong client relationships and offer expert advice across accounting, payroll, and corporate matters. Dedicated support teams handle the transactional accounting tasks, enabling you to concentrate on client advisory, relationship management, and superior service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for your clients.
  • Establish trusting, long-standing relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with internal departments to satisfy client requirements.
  • Review and explain company accounts with clients.
  • Address queries concerning payroll, invoicing, expenses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Spot opportunities to enhance processes and elevate client experience.
  • Assist with projects designed to boost client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience preparing financial statements and working within a client-facing accounting environment.
  • Keen familiarity with Irish payroll procedures is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong organizational talents and meticulous attention to detail.
  • High motivation and ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
  • A genuine dedication to client service and supporting client success.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary up to €65,000 per annum.
