Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team immediately on a permanent, full-time basis supporting the Northern region. You will manage key clients primarily from the telecommunications industry as well as industrial customers across Germany, fostering long-term, trusting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote solutions from our portfolio including Juniper products and network services.
- Develop and maintain enduring, strategic relationships with clients, identifying and qualifying business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Create and coordinate strategic account and action plans to pave the way for future successes.
- Document client contacts, sales opportunities, and negotiation outcomes ensuring transparent operations.
- Build and nurture relationships at management level, especially within technical and procurement departments, collaborating closely with account managers and partners.
- Conduct contract negotiations and deliver compelling presentations to secure business agreements.
- Work closely with inside sales and bid management teams to optimize target achievement.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience as an Account Manager, preferably in carrier/service provider contexts or sales of technical products and services.
- Strong IT background with solid IT knowledge enabling solution development for complex client requirements.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework or other common sales methodologies is an advantage.
- Skillful in analyzing and managing buying centers and stakeholders.
- A robust network with clients and partners is desirable.
