Role overview
Four Corners Multimedia is hiring an Account Assistant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and compliance support from Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Key duties
- Enter accounting transactions in Tally Prime, including purchase, sales, expense, bank, and journal vouchers.
- Assist with GST return preparation and working files, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation of GSTR 2A/2B.
- Support preparation of TDS/TCS returns and related working documents.
- Create reports using MS Excel.
- Draft letters and business communication for clients and other stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain records such as bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Handle emails and share bills, ledgers, vouchers, and related communication with clients.
Qualifications and experience
The role requires a B.Com or M.Com qualification and at least 1 year of experience using accounting software, specifically Tally Prime.
Additional details
This is a full-time, permanent role. Work from home is not available. Salary is offered at INR 15,000 to 23,500 per month, with future increments based on performance after completion of 1 year of work.
