Position Overview
Join Traya Health as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment while contributing to the company’s mission of holistic hair loss treatment through personalized healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in large-scale and lateral recruitment drives to fulfill hiring demands.
- Identify potential candidates by leveraging online job portals, employee referrals, direct walk-ins, and innovative local sourcing methods.
- Establish and maintain connections with educational institutions, placement teams, and community networks to sustain an active recruitment pipeline.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication abilities, mindset, and suitability for specific roles.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination efficiently.
- Support the onboarding process including offer distribution, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Deliver clear and professional communication regarding compensation packages.
- Conduct follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure smooth transitions and joining procedures.
- Maintain detailed daily records of hiring activities, progress dashboards, and reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship in Mumbai.
- Internship commitment of 3 months starting between July 21, 2026, and August 25, 2026.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in recruitment, human resources, or people management.

Compensation and Benefits
