About the Internship

If you spend a lot of time on screens, can anticipate trends before they emerge, and know how to transform dull subjects into captivating content, this role is designed for you. We seek a creative Reel or Video Creator to produce engaging, visually appealing, and viral-ready short videos.

Role Responsibilities

Create captivating reels and short video content.
Edit videos to maintain viewer interest until the end.
Identify and leverage trends, hooks, transitions, and viral formats.
Develop content centered on lifestyle, branding, storytelling, and online culture.
Quickly convert concepts into engaging video content.
Craft videos that capture viewers' attention and encourage them to pause scrolling.

Required Skills and Attributes

Strong familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or AI editing technologies.
Creative mindset combined with sharp online intuition.
Good eye for aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
A portfolio or samples of previous work, including reels or social media pages.

Successful candidates transitioning to full-time roles may expect salaries ranging from ₹600,000 to ₹1,200,000 annually.
