Internship Overview
This internship offers a comprehensive exposure to human resources functions within a dynamic startup environment dedicated to enhancing Indian highway travel experiences. The role involves handling diverse HR activities from recruitment to employee onboarding and engagement, contributing towards the operational success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise job vacancies and actively source, screen candidates across departments such as sales, marketing, technology, and operations.
- Carry out initial candidate interviews to identify appropriate applicants.
- Arrange and coordinate successive interview sessions with respective department leaders.
- Manage complete documentation processes related to employee induction and exit procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable employee feedback.
- Maintain and update records of employee attendance and leave in internal databases.
- Handle HR communications, resolve queries, and manage required employee documentation.
- Collaborate closely with department managers and provide progress updates directly to the company Founder.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Candidates must be available to work remotely full-time, adhering to fixed hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Applicants should be able to commence the internship any time between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
- The internship duration is six months with a commitment to the full period.
- Applicants are expected to have prior experience, preferably 5–6 months in HR internships or relevant full-time roles.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Stipend and Benefits
The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging between INR 10,000 and INR 12,000. Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of their tenure.
