About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in business development focused on stem cell banking services at Biocell Pune, a reputed franchise of Biocell India. The company specializes in preserving newborn stem cells by utilizing advanced cord blood and cord tissue banking techniques. Stem cells gathered from the umbilical cord immediately after birth have immense medical potential, treating conditions such as blood diseases, immune system disorders, and certain cancers. Biocell is committed to the precise collection, processing, and cryopreservation of these cells under rigorous quality standards to ensure their availability for future medical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit hospitals to establish partnerships for stem cell banking services.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule and conduct presentations.
• Educate clients about the advantages and benefits of stem cell banking.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work full-time in-office during the internship.
• Internship start date should be between 13th July 2026 and 17th August 2026.
• Candidates must commit to a six-month internship duration.
• Applicants should reside in Pune, Maharashtra.
• Should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in sales and marketing.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹17,000, including a fixed salary portion (₹5,000 - ₹7,000) plus incentives (₹3,000 - ₹10,000).
• Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
