Overview
We invite dedicated, client-oriented, and personable professionals to join our vibrant Workplace Services team. The Workplace Services Experience Officer role is central in crafting outstanding workplace experiences that empower staff to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
As a reliable initial point of contact, you will foster a welcoming office atmosphere while managing service coordination and cultivating robust client relationships. Your proactive approach to identifying and addressing client requirements will facilitate efficient work results. This role necessitates onsite presence where you will coordinate workplace services, collaborate extensively across internal teams and external partners, and deliver client-focused assistance mainly via face-to-face interaction, supported by telephone and email communication. You will also welcome visitors, confidently handle inquiries, and connect individuals with the needed support and resources to enhance workplace efficiency.

Additional Information
This role requires onsite attendance during business hours and may be offered as either ongoing or fixed-term positions located in several Australian cities including Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Perth, or Sydney CBD.
