Role Overview

As a Workday Specialist reporting directly to the Head of People Tech, you will be pivotal in managing and evolving our Workday HCM system. Collaborating closely with People Operations, Payroll, and various business stakeholders, you will ensure that the Workday setup remains scalable, dependable, and user-friendly as the organization expands. Beyond basic system maintenance, you will actively influence the design and refinement of employee lifecycle processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Workday's Core HCM module to support scalable, consistent, and intuitive processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert their needs into effective system designs that enhance workflows, automate tasks, and improve data integrity.
  • Enhance document generation, validation rules, and reporting frameworks to minimize manual interventions and reduce errors downstream.
