Workday Reporting Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Reporting Specialist based in India with over five years of experience in developing reports using enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in utilizing various reporting tools and a thorough understanding of Workday security and modules integration.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Create and manage reports leveraging reporting platforms including Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics.
• Employ strong organizational skills for effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Possess deep knowledge of the Workday security framework to maintain data access and compliance.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student systems.
