Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage support tickets efficiently.
• Perform site modifications within WordPress environments.
• Conduct updates of plugins, themes, and the WordPress core system.
• Implement security enhancements to protect client websites.
• Optimize website performance for better user experience.
• Troubleshoot and repair down or malfunctioning websites.
• Collaborate with hosting provider support teams as necessary.
• Address client concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

You will communicate directly with clients submitting requests, providing timely confirmation of receipt and completeness of requests, ensuring clear and ongoing communication throughout ticket resolution.
