About the Role

Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited invites applications for the role of Wellness Support Officer to join our Wellness and Client Engagement Team in Kingston. This position supports the Wellness & Client Engagement Manager to implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company’s Wellness Strategy. The officer will oversee the mobile wellness unit team to monitor activities that drive the upselling of wellness services and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with current and potential clients to offer value-added wellness and group health solutions.
  • Implement business growth strategies to engage targeted companies effectively.
  • Negotiate and secure agreements for client-exclusive discounts and offers.
  • Coordinate with partners and prospects to deliver information and reports concerning wellness initiatives.
  • Track and manage KPIs associated with various wellness solutions, including efforts to reduce utilization rates.
  • Set up regular tracking mechanisms and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate monitoring.
  • Design and manage forms and tools that enhance wellness engagement and reporting processes.
  • Oversee scorecards and activities of groups enrolled in wellness programs.
  • Handle invoicing for wellness services and ensure timely payment follow-up.
  • Assist in scheduling operations for the mobile wellness bus.
  • Carry out additional tasks and duties as assigned periodically.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Management Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • At least two years of experience in sales or client-oriented roles, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, especially spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight and demonstrate strong customer service abilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Maintains confidentiality, flexibility, and effective prioritization with solid time management capabilities.
