Role Overview

We seek a Webflow Website Designer who blends aesthetic expertise with technical proficiency to conceptualize, construct, and launch exceptional websites.

This role entails full project ownership from design conception through rollout, including collaborating with clients to establish site architecture, style guidelines, and user experience strategies. Your work will span from wireframes and site maps to SEO implementation, CMS setup, and launch procedures like redirects, ensuring the final product is visually appealing and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and accessible websites in Webflow, utilizing best practice class naming conventions and robust structures focused on conversions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create sitemaps and wireframes.
• Present and adapt design styles and concepts based on client feedback.
• Convert designs into polished Webflow builds emphasizing detail, consistency, and reusable components.
• Incorporate Webflow Interactions and animations to enrich user engagement consistent with brand voice.
• Manage domain name system (DNS) configurations, including connecting domains, updating records, and troubleshooting launches without service disruption.
• Handle site launches, ensure proper 301 redirects, apply version control, and implement fundamental SEO elements.
• Set up basic integrations using automation platforms like Zapier or Make and direct API connections for form-to-CRM/data flows.
• Engage closely with clients throughout all stages: discovery, design, development, and post-launch support.
• Interpret and implement client feedback into actionable updates in design and code.
• Advise clients when requested features may negatively impact user experience or technical viability.
• Document site structures, component systems, and launch details to facilitate internal handoffs and maintenance.
• Oversee ongoing updates, content edits, and optimization tasks after launch.
• Troubleshoot Webflow or related system issues promptly.
• Monitor fundamental performance metrics and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years professional experience creating and designing websites.
• Advanced skills in Webflow including CMS, interactions, class systems, and launch workflows.
• Expertise in creating information architecture, wireframes, and client-ready sitemaps.
• Knowledgeable in DNS management and troubleshooting domain records safely.
• Understanding of SEO basics and tools.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make for integrations.
• Competency in linking Webflow forms and sites to CRM or marketing platforms.
• Strong design judgment with a history of delivering polished, brand-consistent visuals.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate closely with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within agency settings managing multiple client projects.
• Familiarity with other no-code website platforms like WIX, Squarespace, or WordPress.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Analytics, or conversion tracking tools.
• Insights into A/B testing or personalization software.
• Basic HTML and CSS understanding for resolving edge cases.
