Role Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations encompassing quality assurance, inventory management, space allocation, logistics coordination, workforce productivity, shipping procedures, and customer service standards.
- Organize warehouse team schedules and manage workloads to optimize operational efficiency and reduce overtime costs.
- Regularly inspect warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring timely maintenance and functionality.
- Conduct frequent meetings with warehouse supervisors to assess productivity levels and devise strategies to prevent losses.
- Manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company sites, liaising with drivers and air cargo partners to achieve timely deliveries.
- Supervise dispensing activities in alignment with production needs.
- Handle raw material inward and outward processes accurately.
- Ensure all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation is properly maintained and updated.
- Record material debit and credit entries within the ERP system.
- Monitor and enforce cleaning and hygiene protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Plan daily dispensing operations according to production requirements, maintaining comprehensive inventory records.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization. Prior experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management and familiarity with related processes and documentation is expected.
