Job Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures in all assigned tasks.
• Carry out loading, unloading, picking, packaging, and shrink-wrapping of orders following established standards.
• Perform other physical lifting and loading tasks safely as required.
• Follow all directions and work instructions given by supervisors diligently.
• Handle goods within the warehouse and during transport carefully to avoid any damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse through regular housekeeping practices.
• Report any inappropriate behavior by contractors or drivers on site immediately.
• Preserve the professional image of the organization at all times.
• Wear the appropriate safety gear and uniforms while working in warehouse or yard areas.
• Immediately notify the warehouse supervisor of any accidents, incidents, damages, or near misses.
• Conduct stock audits and reconciliations as scheduled.
• Be willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
• Follow internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines consistently.
• Embrace a proactive approach toward Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP).
• Participate in special assignments designated by supervisors or management.
• Comply with all applicable health and safety management system policies and local UAE regulations.
• Take appropriate care for personal and coworkers' wellbeing during work.
• Wear all provided personal protective equipment properly at all times.
• Avoid misuse of safety equipment or resources.
• Report equipment faults and safety incidents promptly.
• Follow all supervisor instructions without exception.

Candidate Profile

• Completed high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse assistant role.
• Familiarity with warehousing procedures and operations.
• Basic command of English to communicate effectively.
