About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to be based in Thane West. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients by maintaining frequent virtual communications to understand their banking requirements and recommend suitable financial products including savings accounts, investment options, insurance, loans, and digital solutions. The role also demands upholding excellent customer service standards, deepening client relationships, and efficiently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand customer portfolios via regular remote interactions through calls.
- Identify customer banking needs and propose appropriate Kotak Mahindra Bank products like savings accounts, loans, insurance, investments, and digital services.
- Ensure superior customer service, strengthen relationships, and actively cross-sell banking products.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue goals while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
- Resolve customer queries quickly to facilitate a smooth digital banking experience.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure hassle-free onboarding and timely issue resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate is eligible to apply; freshers are not considered.
- At least one year of experience is mandatory, preferably with exposure to banking processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous employment on-roll is preferred.
- Opportunities for performance-based career progression are available.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary up to ₹450,000, depending on interview performance.
- Additional performance incentives of up to ₹35,000 per month.
- Six weekly offs per month, including four Sundays and two Saturdays.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
