Job Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-caliber videos tailored to diverse clientele, ensuring alignment with each brand’s voice and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and leadership to develop video concepts that enhance storytelling and support overall campaign strategies and conversion objectives.
• Employ advanced editing techniques to increase visual impact and audience engagement.
• Monitor competitor content and the latest market trends to innovate and improve editing approaches that boost conversions.
• Manage multiple video projects concurrently, consistently producing refined outputs within demanding timeframes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a robust and varied portfolio demonstrating expertise in multiple editing styles, formats, and techniques.
• Highly skilled in professional editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects, specifically using Adobe After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends, with proven success in producing conversion-oriented videos.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
