About the Role
We seek a visionary VP, Creative who excels at blending strategy, creativity, and execution. You will lead the creation of impactful brand experiences, live events, and integrated campaigns that engage audiences and generate results. Collaboration with creative, strategy, account, production, and technology teams is key, with a focus on experiential clients but the ability to expand ideas broadly.
Responsibilities
- Set and uphold high creative standards, pushing ideas from concept through execution.
- Serve as an individual creative contributor with authority and potential to build and manage a team over time.
- Partner closely with account and production leaders to ensure creative vision aligns with brand strategy.
- Confidently present and co-create with senior clients to integrate them in the creative process.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and innovations such as generative AI and digital studios, actively applying these tools.
- Contribute to business development and new client pitches by crafting ideas and shaping agency narratives.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail to ensure high-quality output in all projects.
Requirements
- 8-12 years in creative roles within experiential, events, or advertising sectors, including significant time as a creative director.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual, experiential design, and integrated storytelling capabilities.
- Proven skill in pitching and selling ideas to senior clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative, low-ego attitude that elevates team performance and output.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Keen interest in emerging industry technologies and their practical applications.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 annually.
