Role Overview

Join the leadership team at Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt as the Venue General Manager for our Bulimba location, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering venue success through operational excellence, delivering superb guest experiences, and cultivating a positive and motivated workplace culture. You will collaborate closely with the Area Leader to maintain consistent performance and uphold the brand's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example to ensure exceptional, guest-centric service.
Manage smooth daily operations with consistent high execution standards.
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance to exemplary levels.
Handle inventory management including ordering and stock control.
Recruit, educate, develop, and retain a skilled and effective team.
Monitor and manage commercial metrics such as labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overall venue performance.
Take full accountability for the venue's profit and loss, fostering sustainable profitability.
Continuously identify and implement improvements in operations and team capabilities.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated leadership experience within hospitality or retail sectors, with quick service restaurant (QSR) experience highly preferred.
People-oriented leader who confidently builds and guides strong teams.
Composed, solution-driven decision maker thriving in fast-paced environments.
Highly organized, flexible, and devoted to operational and personal high standards.
