We are hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling, innovative business in Berlin for a proactive Venture Manager. Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver commercial and operational plans that help increase market reach and revenue at speed.
• Build, maintain, and expand a high-value network of clients, strategic partners, and institutional contacts.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of important business projects and audience-focused campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and wider economic trends, then adjust internal direction quickly to preserve advantage.
• Work closely with senior leadership to define ambitious operating goals and ensure daily execution stays aligned with company objectives.

Candidate profile

• Background in venture capital, private equity, or startup settings, especially with exposure to go-to-market work.
• Good grasp of demographics and the ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate market potential and support decisions with data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for engaging founders, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; German fluency is an advantage.
