Role Overview

The company is seeking a dedicated US Non IT Sourcer with 5 to 10 years of experience, proficient in sourcing candidates for Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations roles within the US market. This position requires extensive involvement in passive talent sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and research-oriented recruitment strategies. The work schedule includes a night shift from 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST, with a hybrid attendance of three days onsite at Orbit by Auro, Raidurg, Hyderabad, and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive search and leadership recruitment for US-based positions across diverse industries.
• Manage comprehensive recruitment processes for US Warehouse and Operations roles such as Warehouse Manager, Distribution Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Supply Chain positions.
• Conduct market and talent mapping alongside competitor analysis.
• Engage passive candidates effectively through headhunting and direct outreach techniques.
• Create candidate longlists and shortlists for mid- to senior-level vacancies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to gather precise hiring criteria.
• Utilize Boolean searches, X-ray techniques, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Generate detailed research reports, talent insights, and analyses of market trends.
• Maintain and update candidate information within ATS and CRM platforms.
• Work in close coordination with global teams, predominantly US-based stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in US Non-IT recruitment and executive search.
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies, talent and market mapping.
• Practical experience using Boolean logic and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Understanding of various industries and organizational functions.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Aptitude to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, research-driven setting.

Desirable Experience

• Experience collaborating with executive search firms.
• Past involvement with CXO and leadership-level recruitment.
• Exposure to recruitment in global markets, particularly US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

• Work location: Orbit by Auro, Raidurg, Hyderabad with hybrid working modality (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
