About the Role
W3Global is inviting applications for the position of US Non-IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a full-time opportunity located at Begumpet with in-office working hours from 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, with potential performance incentives up to 24 lakhs INR annually.
Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment process end-to-end for non-IT roles targeting the US market.
- Strategically source candidates using multiple platforms.
- Screen candidate resumes and profiles thoroughly.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software effectively.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Make informed decisions assessing various aspects including work authorization types.
- Handle complex situations professionally and promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for US Non-IT roles.
- Expertise in fields such as Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and others.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ATS tools.
- Demonstrated ability in sourcing qualified candidates via Boolean search techniques for positions including Accountant, Financial Controller, Production Supervisor, CNC Machinist, CAD Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, Marketing Manager, and various engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
