US IT Recruiter

Position Overview

Compunnel is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Sec 142. This role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior IT positions specifically targeting the US market. The position is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter to help build a strong IT practice with diverse technical skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior level IT roles across major client accounts.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines in high-demand technology areas.
• Work collaboratively with account executives to provide customized staffing solutions.
• Stay current with technology trends to forecast client hiring needs.
• Contribute to creating operational processes for an efficient IT recruiting team.
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters to build a high-performing team culture.
• Handle recruitment for Implementation Partners and Direct Clients in the US.
• Recruit for various employment types such as Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, and 1099/C2C/W2 roles.
• Fill positions across technologies including Big Data, Salesforce, Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, among others.
• Maintain strong candidate-submittal-to-interview and placement conversion rates.
• Participate actively in team meetings to fine-tune sourcing strategies and review interviews.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in complex technical roles.
• Advanced sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized forums.
• Sound understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of US employment categories and visa statuses including W2, US Citizen, Green Card holders, OPT, and CPT.
• A results-oriented approach with a sense of urgency to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, optimistic, and capable of thriving in a metrics-focused, dynamic environment.
