Candidate Requirements

• Available for a placement duration of 6, 9, or 12 months corresponding with academic calendar requirements.
• Possess strong communication, teamwork, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, a proactive learning attitude, and a passion for STEM and healthcare.
• Willing and able to work at any Abbott site in Ireland to gain diverse experience.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment medical screening including drug and alcohol testing. The placement location and length depend on business needs and academic requirements. Abbott is a significant employer in Ireland with over 6,200 staff across ten sites.
