Core Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form, phone-native videos using raw assets like call recordings, screen captures, and field footage. Develop hooks that capture attention immediately and outcomes that encourage sharing.
• Write and perform in a dry, deadpan style, delivering content with flat, institutional humor that highlights absurd situations without losing composure.
• Create editorial materials from call data—such as the Cancellation Index, hold-time leaderboards, and open letters—that are journalistic in nature and suitable for screenshots and citations.
• Understand and utilize organic distribution strategies, analyzing data to explain why content performs well without relying on paid promotion or advertising budgets.
