About the Role
Fireblaze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Training & Placement Manager to serve as a bridge between students and the industry. This role demands fostering corporate relations, managing placement procedures, improving student employability, and guiding successful recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture robust connections with companies, recruitment agencies, and industry partners.
- Create placement opportunities by organizing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other employer engagement events.
- Discover and onboard new hiring partners, broadening the employer network.
- Oversee all placement-related activities including interviews, tests, and job offer processes.
- Monitor and document placement metrics and generate regular progress reports.
- Evaluate students' readiness and skill gaps related to employment.
- Design and conduct training sessions covering areas such as aptitude, communications, resume preparation, interview techniques, and soft skills.
- Lead mock interviews, group discussions, and provide career counseling to students.
- Ensure candidates are fully prepared prior to their placement interviews.
- Collaborate effectively with trainers, educators, and management to synchronize placement efforts.
- Maintain a current and accurate student placement database along with other critical documentation.
- Organize interview schedules and coordinate communications between students and potential employers.
- Ensure seamless logistics and execution of placement activities and recruitment events.
- Forge and sustain long-term partnerships with IT firms, startups, multinational corporations, and staffing agencies.
- Plan and coordinate guest speakers, company visits, webinars, and networking occasions.
- Keep abreast of the latest hiring practices and industry trends to align efforts accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Expertise in corporate networking and relationship management.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and campus hiring operations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Capability to handle multiple placement events simultaneously with precision.
- Proficient user of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
- Leadership qualities with negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields.
- Three to six years of relevant work experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Recruitment.
- Experience in EdTech, education, training, or IT sectors is advantageous.
