Trainer – Water Systems

About the Role

We seek a skilled Water Systems Trainer to conduct both theoretical and hands-on technical training, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of engineering professionals. The role involves delivering training sessions, evaluating trainee skills, organizing training schedules, overseeing training environments, offering mentorship, refining educational content, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive theoretical and practical technical training sessions.
• Evaluate and monitor trainee performance and competency levels.
• Organize and manage all training activities effectively.
• Maintain and manage training labs and facility resources.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to trainees throughout their learning journey.
• Continuously update and improve training materials and instructional methods.
• Ensure all training complies with established safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certification in Train the Trainer (TTT).
• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Prior experience in training or instructional roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
