ABC Media Technology LLC is a top-tier digital marketing firm based in Dubai, delivering services like Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API solutions, Email Marketing, META and Google Ads campaigns, as well as Web Design and UI/UX development.
Role Overview
We are actively seeking a motivated female telesales specialist to join our expanding digital marketing team. This position requires making outbound calls to potential clients to generate business leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to create new business opportunities.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings daily for the sales personnel.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and sustain ongoing communication with prospects.
- Utilize multiple lead generation channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Keep precise records of calls, leads, and meetings scheduled.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to appointments and lead generation.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a telecaller or telemarketing executive, especially within a digital marketing agency, is advantageous.
- Sound understanding of digital marketing services, including Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, WhatsApp Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Website Development to effectively brief clients over the phone.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and client prospecting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Good command of English; proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
Compensation and Location
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 3,000. The office is located in Burjuman, Dubai, UAE and candidates are required to work on-site. Preference will be given to applicants holding their own visa or sponsor visa.
