Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over calls to offer banking services support.
- Consistently meet or exceed targeted goals while ensuring service standards remain high.
- Accurately document customer information and execute prompt follow-ups as necessary.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants should have completed HSC or hold a graduate degree with relevant experience.
- Strong communication abilities are essential for this position.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Salary ranges from ₹17,000 for experienced HSC pass candidates to ₹18,000 for experienced graduates, as take-home pay.
- Working hours are fixed from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM daily.
- Employees will receive rotational weekly offs.
