Role Overview
The Telesales Executive will focus on reaching out to existing and potential clients via outbound calls, driving new business leads, and nurturing customer relationships to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call current and prospective customers to introduce products and services.
- Generate new sales opportunities and sustain ongoing customer connections.
- Prepare quotations and send them to potential customers.
- Follow up with customers to convert quotations and inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain and update customer data, leads, and follow-up status in the company's CRM system.
- Manage email communications involving clients and suppliers professionally.
- Keep accurate daily reports of sales activities and customer records using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support order processing and customer service functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication abilities in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficient with basic computer tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Capable of drafting clear and professional emails.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Effective follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Educational qualifications include any graduate or diploma holder.
- Suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales coordination.
Working Conditions and Compensation
- Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Salary will be based on company standards and candidate experience, within the range of 12000 to 22000 INR per month.
