Job Overview
Go Digit General Insurance Limited is seeking proactive Telesales Executives to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role focuses on engaging potential customers through outbound calls to convert leads into confirmed sales, while ensuring clear communication of product features and adherence to compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound calls to potential clients and successfully convert leads into sales.
- Effectively present and explain the features and benefits of the product to customers.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and service level agreements during customer interactions.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Employment Details
This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, with fixed work hours on-site.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is INR 17,000 to INR 33,000 per month.
