Job Overview
Ayaansh Industries is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive based in Ludhiana, Punjab to join their team. This role involves proactive outreach to potential and current customers, promoting products, and driving sales growth.
Key Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers to drive product awareness and sales.
- Explain product features and the advantages they offer to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Generate new business leads and successfully convert them into confirmed sales.
- Follow up with customers to maximize order conversions and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and update the CRM system regularly.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with sales, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure seamless order execution.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers and dealers to support long-term business growth.
- Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager without delay.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or completed 12th grade with relevant experience in telesales.
- Between one and three years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong skills in negotiation and handling customer interactions effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email communications, and CRM software usage.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sales is a plus but not mandatory.
