Spinny is looking for dynamic Telesales Executives to engage with potential customers interested in selling their vehicles. The role involves understanding customer needs, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to sale closure.
Key Duties
- Initiate and maintain contact with customers aiming to sell their vehicles via Spinny.
- Assess customer requirements and price expectations to tailor the sales approach.
- Effectively negotiate terms and close transactions ensuring satisfaction for both customer and company.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert potential leads into finalized deals.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track all customer interactions.
- Provide an exceptional and professional experience that upholds the Spinny brand during all stages of customer engagement.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 34,000 INR based on experience and performance.
