Overview
We seek a driven and persuasive Telemarketing Manager to join our sales and marketing department based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will engage prospective clients by telephone to promote a range of Corporate Banking products such as Overdrafts, Term Loans, Machinery Finance, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, and MSME Loans. This role demands excellent communication capabilities, a professional demeanor, and the aptitude to interact effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers to market banking products.
- Generate and nurture sales leads through effective follow-up communications.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and communications.
- Develop rapport with clients by understanding their specific needs to tailor product offerings accordingly.
Requirements and Skills
