Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to potential students using assigned lead lists.
• Effectively explain details about available courses, eligibility requirements, fee structures, scholarship options, and future career opportunities.
• Provide counseling support to both students and their parents concerning admissions.
• Persistently follow up with interested candidates to ensure successful admission completion.
• Arrange campus tours, online counseling sessions, and walk-in appointments.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of communications in the CRM or Admission Portal.
• Meet daily targets for calls made, follow-ups conducted, and admissions finalized.
• Collaborate closely with the admissions and counseling teams.
• Address routine student inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
• Prepare and submit daily reports highlighting activities and performance metrics.
