About the Role
Ravi Arts, a prominent manufacturer specializing in jute bags, seeks a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries and assist in driving sales efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding customized and bulk jute bags.
- Understand customer needs and offer detailed information on products and pricing.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and support sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Polite demeanor coupled with a confident personality.
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates demonstrating strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
