About the Role
Kashyaps HR Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Telecaller focused on loan product sales. Job Responsibilities
- Reach out proactively to potential customers to generate leads for loans.
- Assess the needs of customers and provide clear explanations of appropriate loan products including Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and coordinate necessary documentation processes.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales and lead-generation targets set by the company.
