Stareye Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is searching for enthusiastic and confident telecallers to join their team at their Noida office located on the 3rd floor, A-30, Sector 63. This full-time position offers a great opportunity for freshers aiming to launch careers in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote company services.
• Manage incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clearly explain the company’s product and service offerings to customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic communication.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer queries by providing relevant information.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Meet assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Confident and courteous telephone manner.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
• Positive approach and eagerness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and customer handling expertise.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to freshers who have completed 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
