Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves outbound and inbound calling duties aimed at promoting products, supporting customers, and generating sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and current clients to offer products, schedule appointments, or capture sales opportunities.
- Manage inbound calls by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering necessary information.
- Assess prospective customer requirements by asking key questions to determine interest and suitability.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, customer feedback, and update relevant CRM or database entries.
- Consistently meet set targets for sales, calls, or interactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Compensation Details
This role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 30,000.
