Role Overview
This position is for a full-time Telecaller based at the Ahmedabad office. Primary duties involve both outbound and inbound calling to engage with candidates and clients, offering detailed information about available jobs and clarifying their needs. Key daily tasks include maintaining updated candidate information, scheduling interviews, following up on leads, and keeping meticulous call logs. The Telecaller is expected to communicate job specifics clearly, respond to inquiries effectively, and deliver a positive caller experience. Collaboration with recruitment and operations departments is essential to support ongoing hiring campaigns and achieve call and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, accompanied by polite and confident telephone manners.
- Proficiency in building quick rapport, listening attentively, and professionally handling objections or questions.
- Basic computer skills including the use of CRM software, spreadsheet applications, and digital record maintenance.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage a high volume of calls and systematic follow-ups.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, recruitment assistance, or inside sales is beneficial.
- A readiness to work in a target-oriented environment and an eagerness to learn about AI-based recruitment technologies.
- Minimum education of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate well with a diverse team.
