Role Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller to engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires effectively communicating the company's products, services, and current offers to customers, while addressing their needs and encouraging product/service purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and promptly.
• Communicate detailed information about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
• Generate potential leads and convert them into new customers.
