Key Responsibilities

• Develop diverse technical materials such as product manuals, code examples, tutorials, demos, blogs, and design documents.
• Convert intricate engineering concepts into straightforward, audience-appropriate documentation for developers, stakeholders, and end users.
• Lead pilot projects to explore innovative content types and formats aimed at enhancing product adoption.
• Establish and support content strategies within SGTS and GCC initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure messaging and documentation are aligned.
• Regularly update and refine existing documentation to maintain accuracy and user-friendliness.
• Remain informed on industry developments and integrate best practices into content creation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related fields.
• Between 2 to 5 years of IT industry experience; candidates with 10 or more years may be considered for senior roles.
• Excellent writing and communication capabilities with a strong focus on clarity and organization.
• Demonstrated experience documenting APIs, infrastructure utilities, and developer workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software development or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD toolchains, and observability platforms.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, microservices architectures, and cloud computing platforms.
• Creative aptitude in video production, visual design, or graphic software is advantageous.
• Experience managing personal blogs, GitHub repositories, or published writings is a plus.
