About the Role
C.R. Kennedy & Company invites applications for an enthusiastic Technical Support & Training Consultant to join our esteemed Survey Support Team in Sydney. This role focuses heavily on offering expert assistance and training for Leica Geosystems GEO & GNSS surveying equipment alongside the relevant software. The ideal candidate will be a personable and knowledgeable individual with a passion for solving technical survey challenges and working with the latest surveying technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline technical support across a diverse range of surveying solutions, primarily Leica Geosystems GEO & GNSS devices and associated software.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing product expertise and supporting technical demonstrations.
- Design and conduct structured training programs, either through scheduled sessions or tailored client-specific training, conducted both at company premises and on-site based on requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong product knowledge in surveying equipment with eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and readiness to travel within New South Wales, ACT, and occasionally across Australia.
