Job description
Job Overview
The Technical Officer will support ENGIE Services Singapore in implementing and managing digital systems for Integrated Facilities Management across various Singapore locations. The role involves coordinating IoT deployments, conducting team training, overseeing digital project rollouts, performing audits, and analyzing system data to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in applying digital systems within the facilities management teams at multiple Singapore sites.
- Oversee and track the deployment of Internet of Things (IoT) devices at the various operating locations.
- Provide training sessions to facilities management staff on the digital systems implemented.
- Assist with digital project management efforts, including new deployments of digital systems in ESS Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sites.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure site services meet operational standards.
- Monitor digital systems actively and propose enhancements to optimize performance.
- Analyze data generated by digital platforms to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere promoting teamwork and high performance among site teams.
Requirements
- Educational qualification of Higher Nitec, Nitec, or an equivalent certification.
- Between one to three years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Integrated Facilities Management concepts, digital systems, IoT technologies, smart systems, and AI applications.
